Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any products from EdgePrompts ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Fulcra Works LLC. By completing a purchase or accessing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About EdgePrompts

EdgePrompts is a brand of Fulcra Works LLC. We create and sell downloadable PDF information products containing AI prompt templates and resources. Our products are distributed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record for all transactions.

2. Merchant of Record

All purchases made through EdgePrompts.com are processed by Paddle.com, Inc. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions and is responsible for:

Processing your payment
Collecting and remitting all applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, and US sales tax)
Issuing your purchase receipt and invoice
Handling payment disputes and chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at paddle.com/terms and paddle.com/privacy.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

3.1 Nature of Products

EdgePrompts products are downloadable PDF files ("Products"). Upon purchase, you will receive a download link via email, delivered by Lemon Squeezy. Because our Products are digital and immediately accessible, please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

3.2 Delivery

Your download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at legal@edgeprompts.com. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses entered at checkout.

3.3 No Account Required

No account or login is required to access your purchase. Your download link is your access method. Keep it safe.

4. License and Permitted Use

4.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, Fulcra Works LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download, access, and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial study and educational purposes.

4.2 Permitted Uses

You may:

Download and save the PDF to your personal devices
Print a copy for your personal use
Use the prompt templates contained within the Product as starting points for your own AI-assisted study and coursework

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or give away the Product to any other person
Upload the Product to any file-sharing service, cloud storage accessible to others, or AI training datasets
Reproduce, republish, or excerpt substantial portions of the Product in any format
Sell or offer the Product (or derivatives of it) as your own product
Use the Product for any commercial purpose, including tutoring services, course creation, or consulting
Remove or obscure any copyright notices or branding from the Product

5. Intellectual Property

All content within EdgePrompts Products, including text, prompt structures, formatting, design, and compilation, is the intellectual property of Fulcra Works LLC and is protected by copyright law. Purchase of a Product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Fulcra Works LLC.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases made through EdgePrompts.com are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle's refund policy governs all transactions and is incorporated here by reference. The key terms of Paddle's refund policy are summarized below; the full policy is available at:

6.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK / Applicable Regions)

Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply and take precedence over this Policy.

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund.
This right applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription contract.
For annual subscriptions in the UK, a new 14-day withdrawal window opens at each annual renewal.
For purchases made in Brazil, consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access.

6.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you may:

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email
Submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your account’s billing page

Visit paddle.net and select the “Request refund” option

6.3 Refund Processing

If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval.
Card refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
PayPal refunds typically re-appear within 48 hours of the refund being initiated.
Card payments can only be refunded on transactions less than 120 days old; PayPal payments less than 179 days old.

6.4 Limitations and Exclusions

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected for products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Orders paid via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act and are generally not eligible for refunds, except where the transaction amount exceeds $100 / £100 / €100 (at Paddle’s discretion).
Digital content that has already been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed may not be eligible for the standard withdrawal right.

6.5 Sales Tax Refunds

If you were charged sales tax and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of that tax amount.
You must contact Paddle within 60 days of your purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund.
A valid sales tax code for your country is required to process this refund.

Any discretionary refund granted by Paddle is voluntary and does not create an obligation to provide refunds for future requests. Paddle may update its refund policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

EdgePrompts Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Product will meet your specific academic requirements or expectations
Use of the prompt templates will produce particular outcomes in your coursework or studies
The Product is free from errors or inaccuracies

You are responsible for using the Product in a manner consistent with your institution's academic integrity policies. We make no representation that any particular use of our prompt templates is permitted by any educational institution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fulcra Works LLC and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Product, including but not limited to:

Academic consequences resulting from use of the Product
Loss of data or inability to access your download
Any reliance on information contained in the Product

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Academic Integrity

EdgePrompts provides prompt templates as study and learning aids. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of these tools complies with your educational institution's academic honesty and integrity policies. Fulcra Works LLC accepts no responsibility for any academic consequences arising from how you choose to use our Products.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Fulcra Works LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall first be addressed by contacting us at legal@edgeprompts.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on EdgePrompts.com with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site or Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
